Let's Predict Next Week

A searing 1.5 out of 5(7). I will have to deduct harder for next week.

Which might be harder than expected. You see, we know Nintendo is having a conference on the 10th. Some guy on a message board made the claim that Nintendo would have Brawl playable at 'a conference' (which is dubious enough, because it's just 'a guy on the Internet', and they've never failed us before!) Even if random Internet guy is right, how do we know the conference he refers to will be the one next, or whether it was E For All (to be fair, E For All is big enough that he would probably refer to it by name, but maybe he just didn't get the specifics. Or he's not right.) Also, thing is, when I look at all the past 'conferences' Nintendo has had over the past while, they've been nothing more than retailer meetings with some game and release date announcements, hardly anything where they would make one of their major games playable. However, even if Brawl is not playable at the thing, it still is very possible that they will use it to announce something related to the game. My guess? The Japanese release date. Time to get that sucker out of the way, especially if it really is coming out this year.

Actually, it won't really affect my predictions, because either way, I see:

Lucas' Special Moves
Captain Falcon (Yes I know, but dammit, I got a feeling...)
A new Item
Notice
Final Smash (Kirby or Wario)
Music (Wario or Donkey Kong)
Game Mode

Even more specific: Final Smash paired with Music, Captain Falcon with the Notice.
