It's Ike's Final Smash, which all of us incredibly deranged folks saw in some of the many E For All videos scattered throughout. It looks to hurt. A LOT.
The update also makes the sensible suggestion that if you see someone getting clobbered by Ike's Final Smash, feel free to be a dick and slap 'em a few times in their defenseless state. It won't make you any less human.
