First up, Kirby's Final Smash, first seen in the original E3 trailer. It's Cook Kirby, one of the most amusing abilities from the games! If you don't know what happens, here's the gist:

Step one: Pull out equipment.

Step two: Gather Ingredients (it is not made clear if you can escape getting tossed into the pot)

Step three: Let simmer, add spice for flavor.

Step four: Unleash your newly created delicacy! (Hey look, the Maxim Tomato and Warp Star are back!)

Step five: BAM!
Even more amusing, on the Japanese site version of this update, they offer a music sample. It is from the Japanese DS game Cooking Navigator. Apparently, the song was just put there for fun, and it may not actually be in the game. The voice is saying (pretty much), "Now cooking Super Smash Brothers".
For those who don't cruise sites they can't read, we also get a universal music update, Ashley's Theme from Wario Ware: Touched!. I was eagerly waiting to see which Wario Ware song they would sample, as the music in that game is nuts, and the most popular ones do involve vocals. This one is pretty jazzy, and it works as sort of a light-hearted battle theme. Some people seem to like the Japanese version better because the lead singer has a 'cute' voice. It's all the same to me, so whatev.
I'm assuming this plays on WarioWare, but jumping to conclusions is bad, so I won't confirm that as of yet.
