Coherence Returns...

Okay...world explosion has died down a bit now...let's go over some things.

First, a shot of the demo character select screen from the conference (click for big, GOOD version):



And the stuff in the new trailer:

-Peach's ass: now explodes with hearts! Plus, she has a new voice.
-Hey look, Triple Dash!
-Where are Wario and Charizard? N-O-R-F-A-I-R.
-Where are the Ice Climbers and Squirtle? Ice Climber stage? I don't think we've seen an aurora in the background any other stage.
-Why is Peach dancing and Bowser stumbling? Could this part of her Super Princess Peach-based Final Smash? Is there more?
-Is everyone taunting, or doing a victory dance at the end? Diddy's and Ike's are almost certainly taunts, but everyone else's...

And in the Sonic video, I noticed that Link has his Twilight Princess voice.

Also of note, IGN Blogger Peer had this to say:

"Well, Sakurai and team finally made it official: Sonic is in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Apart from the ridiculous battles that are sure to ensue, I'm excited because it confirms the cross-over approach we suspected when first hearing about the "X" (cross) in the Japanese title of the game. Trust me, those Square composers aren't all working on Smash Bros. music out of the goodness of their hearts. If there's one thing Nintendo is great at, it's keeping secrets."
