As expected, Bowser joins the fray again. I think he looks slightly more cartoony than in Melee. He's still the heaviest, but apparently "Bowser has a slightly different flavor this time around!". Who knows what it means, but I'm anticipatin'!
Also, Wired reports that Nintendo will not have Brawl in playable form at E3. Of course, that doesn't mean they won't show anything at all for the game. You just won't be getting any hands-on reports.
I'll be on vacation, so me updating on time will depend entirely on whether or not the hotel I'll be at has an Internet connection.
