Well I'll be...they decided not to wait to show Snake's profile. Or maybe he isn't a secret character. It doesn't mention this face either way, but considering we still got (presumably) two characters to go, and that would equal an uneven number...I don't know.
Just because we all wanted to know, we also got a look at Snake's Special Moves. It even goes over the norm and covers three of four, plus some of his Smash attacks, which look quite...interesting. For example:
The Remote Missile is his Side Special, and it allows you to control the missile itself why it flies about. However, this leaves you open to attack. It says you can cancel out missile control by pressing the shield button.
The standard special are Hand Grenades. They work a lot like Link's bombs, as you press the button once to pull one out and take out the pin. You must then toss it before it explodes in your face. Depending on whether you hold the control stick forward, backward, or not at all when throwing the grenade, you'll throw it in one of three ways. However, it seems that unexploded grenades can be picked up by other characters and thrown back at you.
Just as I thought, the Cypher is used as Snake's recovery move. Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!
We also got a Metal Gear Solid 4 song from the composer of that game's music. It's very epic-sounding.
