Dojo Update: Controls

And now, back onto that customizable controls thing...

Lots of stuff here. We now know the default controls of every controller, we now know that you can remove jumping from press up on the joystick, we now know that the Remote & Nunchuck combo includes the option to shake the controller to use smash attacks, and now we know that you can save your name to your Remote (which we saw before, but now see the process.)
