The Target Test being back shouldn't really surprise anyone, although they have changed it up a bit. There are now 5 different courses of varying difficulty, instead of a single course for every character. The courses are also much better-looking, taking place outside rather than in the weird voids of the previous games.
They also used this update to confirm something many people wanted - saving replays from your matches (which includes normal ones AND the Target Smash). You can record about 3 minutes, and even send the videos to your online buddies.
