Up Special is Super Dedede Jump, which involves...jumping. And crashing down on those unlucky enough to be below you.
Side Special "Waddle Dee Toss"
Wow, I can't believe I called this yesterday (not on here, of course, but off-camera, so-to-speak). Dedede will also throw out Waddle Doos and Gordos (the spikey ball things), which are more effective in their own ways.
And finally, his Down Special, "Jet Hammer".
It was hinted at yesterday that Dedede's mallet was now mechanized, and we get to see how that works out, as it can be used as a chargeable, jet-powered whacking device.
It's not shown, but I think it's a safe assumption his his standard special is his own version of Kirby's vacuum.
