I guess I'll wait for the rest of the week's entries before saying this conclusively, but it looks like each update will come at around 3:30 AM Central.
Today's updates are profiles of Mario and Link. No new info, but we did get some fancy new screenshots.
I'm thinking that they're going to alternate between character and stage profiles each day during the week, and that we'll get 2 posts per day.

Edit: It's also worth noting that the embargo on the Nintendo Media Summit will end on Friday. Possible Brawl news there.
